Aerial Fabric | Rock Star Foundations and Enticing Tricks

With Stacey Strange

About This Immersion

Rock Star Foundations and Enticing Tricks: Bolster your aerial fabric foundations and then take it up a notch with exciting new pathways and tricks. Topics will include drills and progressions for long term skills like c-shaping and dynamic work, drop variations and plenty of single pole and split fabric pathways and sequencing. To cap it off and give you choreographic variety we will detour into niche areas of fabric fun like open fabric exploration and “floorial”.
